Shenandoah Valley annual arts and crafts festivalIf you are going to be with us at the Holiday Inn Martinsburg this weekend, join the Jefferson County community at the Mountain Heritage Arts and Craft Festival Friday, September 23 through Sunday, September 25. Craftpersons by the hundreds are participating in the annual festival and were hand chosen for their high quality products. Hosted at Sam Michael’s Park in Shenandoah Junction, the Mountain Heritage festival will feature the best in art glass, baskets, pottery, leather, fine arts, furniture, quilts, and more! Come with an appetite because you will get to experience the best food in the Shenandoah Valley including all your festival favorites.

The Mountain Heritage Arts and Craft Festival will feature the best in bluegrass with foot-stomping entertainment by Bill Merson and Sweet Dixie, Dan Paisley and Southern Grass, Hillbilly Gypsies, and Patent Pending. You do not want to miss these music groups that put the wild in West Virginia!

If you have children, they will love their own station set up with Appalachian crafts and activities that teach Appalachian heritage and culture.
